November the experiment begins ...

Hi,

I'm Her, 23, married (happily :)).

I should probably clue you into what this is all about. It all started with a bet, "spicing it up", the topic. My husband and I were toying around with the idea of trying something new everyday for 30 days. Like the majority of couples out there, things do get pretty predictable, and again like every couple out there we have our sexual issues.

Me first, since this is my blog. I am the proud(?) owner of a retroverted uterus and incredibly sensitive cervix. This made sex an awkward issue for a very long time. However, I was very lucky to find my husband who finds very creative ways around this despite having a plus sized package.

 My husband is a great lover, but I remember our first night together:
"Whoa!" - me
"What do you mean?" - him
"I don't think I can, you know, I mean it won't fit!" - me
I think that says it all.


Back to the pseudo serious, like most of you have at one time or another noticed in your own relationships, we do often find ourselves resorting to the old standbys, positions, tricks, methods, etc. Myself, I noticed this starting to affect my desire to have sex, or we noticed! Now this by no means reflects on the quality of the sex being had. I think of it like chocolate, it always tastes good, but sometimes your just not in the mood for it. (lol)

Part of this whole challenge is that we're not allowed to look at each others blogs, in an effort to keep it honest.

So finally after much research and investigation the list of 30 for 30 was made. Checked. Edited. Proofed. And it is now complete. It's November 1st (Day 1) so time to get started. ;)

Who knows what will come of this, but at least it promises to be fun. :)
